With the center of excellence in Hyderabad and tertiary centers at Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam, the L V Prasad Eye Institute also has 80 primary and secondary eye care and centers. These centers alone have provided eye care over to 2 million outpatients and over 71% of these have received treatment free of cost and more than two thirds of over the 198,000 surgeries are performed entirely free of cost.
