1. Sr. Test Engineers / Test Lead
(Manual / Automation / Performance / Load Testing)
• Experience with HP Quality Center and other tools of Test automation like QTP 9.2 and above, Load Runner
• Experience on test planning, scheduling, resource, risk management and automation framework
• Experience to Process activities of data collection, reports, metrics and TMM process
• Led a minimum of 6 member team of Manual / Automation Test team & experience in handling multiple projects
• Worked onsite / offshore model, Ability to lead by example
• Mentor Test/QA engineers on performing their tasks

2. Mainframe Developers
• Experience : 3 to 6 years
• COBOL, JCL, VSAM, RDBMS, Windows Server
• Secondary Skills : Endevor, SQL, SQL Server 2005, Cobol.net
• Understanding System requirement specifications (SRS) based on client interaction (Attending BRD meetings)
• Writing Technical Design Document
• Responsible for development of COBOL programs, JCL
• Unit testing and Bug fixing & Production Support

3. Trainee Actuarial Analysts
• 0-1 year experience
• Academic Criteria : M.Sc (Actuarials / Statistics / Maths) only with min 60% in SSC, Inter, B.Sc and M.Sc will be considered.
