Educational Qualification : BE / B.Tech / MCA

Streams : Any Stream

Year of Passing : 2010 / 2009 Passout

Percentage : 60% percentage current academics

Walk-In Location : Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida

CTC : 2,16,000 per annum & shift allowances will be in addition.

Required Skills :
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in Shifts.

POOLED ON-CAMPUS RECRUITMENT DRIVE (2010 / 2009 BATCH) - SCHEDULE & PROCESS
SELECTION PROCESS :
• 2 Rounds of HR Interview
- Candidates need to join Immediately Once they are selected.
- The resources need to sign a bond for Rs.1,50,000/ for the period of one year.
- The selected candidates will be a permanent employees of MAINTEC TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, and would be deployed at IBM for the period of one year, based on performance they would be absorbed to IBM direct roles after one year.

* Selection of the candidates is at the sole discretion of IBM Recruitment Team.

• Dress Code : Wear in formal dress only.
